A true reflection of the Worcestershire and UK countryside. Three traditional British berries – Blackberry, Bilberry, Sloeberry – combine with juniper, cinnamon and supporting botanicals to create a beautifully rounded gin with a subtle warm finish.
“An extraordinary gin packed with flavour.” The Wood Norton, Evesham.
We create our Bumbleberry Dry Gin in traditional alembic copper stills, using the one shot method. This means we only dilute the distilled gin with water down to our desired 40% strength. Nothing else is added following distillation.
What is Bumbleberry?
It has its origins in North America where it refers to a mixture of berries – usually three dark fleshed berries – used in pie fillings and in preserves. With a wonderful array of berries growing across Worcestershire, Bumbleberry offers a real taste of the countryside. You’ll be unlikely to find another distilled Bumbleberry Gin on the market.
Enjoy our Hussingtree Bumbleberry Dry Gin at its best with your favourite neutral tonic poured over a heap of ice. We recommend the ratio of neutral tonic to gin being between 2:1 and 3:1. If you like to add a garnish, why not try a slice of strawberry.
